The Christian Conference of Asia is a member driven organisation, working to 'build communities of peace for all' for more than half a century. Born in Parapat, Indonesia in 1957 as part of the vibrant ecumenical movement in Asia, CCA formerly was known as East Asia Christian Conference. On the occasion of CCA's 50th Anniversary in 2007, its founding parents and constituency share about its vision, history and programs in this video. They give an overview of what CCA stands for, how it accompanies its member churches in their struggles, and how it works to accomplish God's mission in Asia. While CCA holds its 13th General Assembly in 2010 in Malaysia, in this video resource, its leaders join hands to strengthen a sense of ownership, derived from a continuing ecumenical journey.
